Application Tip: Comb out lashes with a clean mascara wand and curl lashes with an eyelash curler, if desired. Hold the wand parallel to your eyelid and roll the brush from the beginning of the lash line out to the tip. Move upward to promote separation of lashes and allow to dry then apply second coat with the same technique.
